Which is the profile of a 5àSec Master Franchise? The Master franchisee is an entrepreneur who likes to deal with different aspects of the business:
- Developing a network of outlets
- Managing logistics for your franchisees (all the equipment)
- Using the marketing tools in the most efficient way for your market
- Using the management tools that the franchisor has put at your disposal and adapting them to the mentality of the country

What type of contract will I sign? Our standard contract is the ‘Master Franchise limited to a territory’
What is the duration of the contract? 10 years, renewable
Which is the investment for a Master Franchise? The investment necessary for a successful launch is 300,000 to 350,000 euros. This amount includes the franchise fee, the setting up of two stores, and the committed fixed costs of the Master Franchisee
Do I have to pay royalties? Yes, fixed royalties for each store
When will I see a return on investment? That depends on the market and the level of equipment necessary. The validation of the business plan gives you a good idea of the return on investment.
How many stores can I open? The new Master franchisee must open two store branches to be authorized to have franchisees. The Master franchisee must follow a development plan with a minimum number of stores to open within 6 years.
Do you sell the machines and consumables? No, all our Master franchisees order directly from our authorized suppliers. They buy at the 5àSec price.
Can I have other activities apart from 5àSec? It is not recommended. We give priority in our selection to the people who devote themselves entirely to the 5àSec Master Franchise.
